Living Room

The beautiful, bright and spacious living room is centrally located in Northleigh House and is a great place for all the family to gather. The double aspect living room benefits from large windows that allow plenty of sunlight to stream into the room no matter what time of year you are staying. On a cold winter’s evening gather in front of the wood burner and play games with friends and family, while in the summer sit back and relax on the comfy sofas as you admire the wonderful countryside views. There is also a handy table and chairs for morning coffee or reading a book.

Conservatory

Next door to the living room is the conservatory that enjoys far-reaching views over the local North Devon countryside, and on a clear day you will be able to spot the sea and Hartland on the horizon. The conservatory has a selection of wicker furniture and is the best place to watch the sunset or look out for the local wildlife that visits the garden.

Dining Room

Opposite the living room is the dining room. At the heart of the room is a period dining table seating up to eight, this table also doubles up as the house pool/snooker table, which is available throughout your stay, balls, cues and a scoring board are also provided.

Along the hallway from the dining room is a handy ground floor cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

A breakfast room can be found alongside the kitchen, here you will find a decorative AGA and a country pine table complete with benches and a view into the walled section of garden.
